MY STORY

Learn to develop physical, emotional and mental resilience.

My interest in medicine and selfcare has deep roots: I am the daughter and granddaughter of doctors who have made important contributions to the community. I did not immediately follow in their footsteps because I graduated in Sociology, with a thesis in Bioethics and a specialization in Healthcare Management on the Hippocratic Oath.

I have also worked with International Pharmaceutical companies and, in a way, I feel that I have come to a full circle, and that I have reached my "Star" by choosing to specialize in Medical Coaching. I chose this path because I believe that we all have the right to live our lives to the fullest. Life is full of habits which we can only decide to address or change if we are able to take care of ourselves, with a proactive attitude and a deep trust in our abilities. The most surprising thing for me in my journey has been to realize that everybody can succeed if they really want to.
