Types of Data Collected
Depending on how you interact with Isabella, different categories of data may be processed.
Contact information: name, surname, email, telephone number (optional), address (if applicable), and profession, when you fill out the form on the website or contact us directly via email.
Coaching data: During the professional relationship, information about your health, personal or work situation, and organizational preferences (time, online/presence mode) may emerge. This content remains strictly confidential and is processed only to the extent necessary to provide you with a quality coaching service.
Technical navigation data: When you visit the site, information such as your abbreviated IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and date and time of access are recorded, which are useful for the security and operation of the site.
Social interactions: If you contact Isabella via Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn, your username, messages you send, and interactions (comments, likes, follows) are processed. The social media platforms remain independent data controllers for their own purposes.

Purpose of the Processing
The data is used only for specific and legitimate purposes related to the coaching relationship and site management.
Respond to your requests: When you fill out the contact form or write an email, your data is used to respond to you, schedule an initial call, or send you the requested information.
Manage coaching sessions: If the program is active, the data is used to schedule meetings, track goals, and, if necessary, issue invoices and administrative documentation.
Improve the website and services: In the future, if statistical tools like Google Analytics are activated, aggregated browsing data will help us understand which content performs best and how to improve the user experience. In this case, explicit consent will always be requested via a cookie banner.
Legal protection and regulatory compliance: Some data (for example, invoices and accounting documents) must be retained for the periods required by Swiss law.

The processing of personal data is based on the legal basis GDPR Art. 6 / nLPD Art. 31.
Performance of a contract: For the purposes referred to in points A and B.
Consent of the interested party : For the purposes referred to in point C.
Legitimate interest: For the purposes referred to in point D.

Treatment Methods
The data is not sold to third parties. It may only be shared with those who support Isabella in technical or administrative management, always under confidentiality agreements.
Technical providers: website hosting platform (Wix) and other related services necessary for technical operation and security.
Trusted professionals: tax consultant for accounting and, if necessary, legal or IT consultants, only for what is strictly necessary to carry out their activities.
Social media platforms and external services: If you use the buttons or links to Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn, the platforms collect your data independently according to their policies, which we invite you to read directly on their respective sites.
If some services are located in countries outside Switzerland or the EU (such as the United States), appropriate contractual and technical measures are implemented to ensure an adequate level of protection, as required by the GDPR and the nLPD.

Data Retention
The data is retained only for the time necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, in compliance with legal retention periods.
Contact request data: up to 24 months from the last communication, unless a coaching program is initiated.
Coaching data and notes: up to 10 years after the end of the relationship, for mutual protection of the client and the professional.
Billing data and accounting documents: 10 years, as required by Swiss law.
Cookies and technical logs: according to the durations indicated in the Cookies section, or only for the time necessary to ensure the security and proper functioning of the site.

Rights of the interested party
You can request information about how your data is being processed at any time and exercise your rights under the GDPR and Swiss law.
You can:
ask for confirmation as to whether your data is being processed and obtain a copy of the data concerning you;
request the correction of incomplete or out-of-date data;
request the deletion of data, when possible, or the limitation of processing;
object to certain processing based on legitimate interest (e.g. certain marketing activities);
If the processing is based on consent (such as non-technical cookies), you can revoke it at any time without prejudice to what was done previously.
To exercise these rights, you can write to isabella@pudducoaching.com , indicating the type of request (access, rectification, deletion, etc.). The request will generally be processed within 30 days.
If you believe there has been a violation of data protection regulations, you also have the right to contact the competent authority (in Switzerland, the FDPIC; in EU countries, the Guarantor of your country, for example, the Garante Privacy in Italy).

Communication of Data to Third Parties
Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without the user's consent, except as required by law or to perform the requested services.
Social media and testimonials
If you interact with Isabella's official profiles (for example, on Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn), your messages and comments are used only to respond to you and manage our relationship with you. Sensitive details will never be shared without your consent.
If you decide to leave a testimonial about your coaching journey and Isabella wishes to publish it on the website or social media, you will always be asked for written permission and can request its removal at any time.
